Terms of Service
Effective July 22, 2026
By using leadspine.io ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
1. What the Service is
leadspine.io is a hosted MCP server that lets AI clients read and write your CRM data on your behalf, using the connection you authorize.
2. Independence
leadspine.io is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by your CRM or your CRM Inc.
3. Your account
You're responsible for what happens under your account, including AI clients you connect to your leadspine.io endpoint.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to spam, harass, or violate your CRM's terms. We may suspend accounts that do.
4a. How the Service connects to your CRM
CRM features (contacts, calendars, opportunities and similar) operate through your CRM's official public API using a Private Integration Token you generate in your own your CRM account. Workflow-building features operate through your authorized leadspine.io connection, because your CRM does not currently publish an official API for creating or editing workflows. You are responsible for your own use of the Service under your CRM's terms of service, and you authorize leadspine.io to act on your behalf. As your CRM publishes official APIs for additional surfaces, we will adopt them.
5. Billing
Paid plans are billed via Stripe. Read-only tools are free; write operations count against your plan.
6. Termination
You can cancel any time. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Warranty
The Service is provided "as is". AI can make mistakes. Every workflow write is versioned in your CRM so you can revert.
